I being nieve put down a large sum of money to Southern Homes .And after waiting 7 months of being denied, I asked the lender for a denial letter, and in the contract if I could not obtain a loan i was to get back my money minus 400 dollars.I spoke with Barbara Stillwell who was the initial realtor and she replied that i could have closed on my house two weeks ago. Then I called her boss Mike Bachman and he told me that i was in default weeks ago but he couldn't explain to me how.I told him I have a denial letter and he told me that i was still in default.I let him know that i am on disability and that money was my wife and kids money.
