A message was left on my phone today, Feb 9, 2009, by one Lisa Bell "asking for the courtesy of a call back." No further information was given, no company name, no reason for the call, nothing. Though hesitant about making a LD call to a telemarketer, I did make the call back.

Bell's extention (ext. 270) answered, and she requested the spelling of my name. Completely unaware of who she was and what Southern Management Systems was, I replied that she had called me this morning and should probably know my name. She uttered some abrupt words about "if you don't want to cooperate with me..." and hung up.

I called back to talk to a manager about Bell but the operator too, was absolutely uncooperative about speaking to a leader or a manager and would not put the call through -- and she too, hung up on me.

My credit report is above 800 and I pay all bills on time. Nothing has arrived in the mail telling me of a possible oversight in payment of a bill, nothing. But my sense of responsibility says I do not have to be treated rudely about a matter I know nothing about. What a poor sense of communication and customer service these people have!
