Complaint Review: SOUTHERN POOL COMPANY

Christian J. Hyde is the owner of Southern Pool Company a/k/a CWC Management Company. His partners are Wendi Brantley and Claris Morgan. His salesman is Gary Bragg.

Chris Hyde claims to have sold over 100 pools since March and has completed none. He lies and misleads all of his victims and does a little work here and there to seem legitimate. HE HAS COMPLETED NO POOLS! He will take your check and cash it at your own bank. This company is a bunch of theives plain and simple.

His contract allows for up to 120 days to start the pool and no time frame for completion. He will promise start dates and never show up. He will get you so frustrated that you will want to cancel and then he will refer to his contract that he can keep 30% of the total job for his time. It is a total con-job throughout. He and his gang of thieves are scammers and nothing more. DON'T BE FOOLED BY HIS KIND DEMEANOR AND SOB STORIES.

CHRIS HYDE AND HIS PARTNERS IN CRIME ARE BEING PURSUED BY POLICE AND DETECTIVES IN MULTIPLE GEORGIA COUNTIES. THE GEORGIA GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS IS ALSO SEEKING THEM.

Justice will be served for the victims. This is all true! Don't become a new victim.
