Complaint Review: Southern Q Smokers & Trailers

If you do business with Scott Smith, please be careful.  Mr. Smith does not have the time nor the experience to run a business and be on the BBQ circuit full time.  He is very unorganized and cannot remember from one minute to the next what he tells you (even if he writes it down on the order).  The most disappointing experience with Mr. Smith...he wll not take responsibility for his mistakes and blames the customer.  Have been very satisfied with the smoker...however, if I listed all the complaints if would read like a bad novel.  
The best way I can sum it all up...he has no concept of customer service.
