I received a e mail from this company stating that I was approved for a loan.  I called the representative back a couple of weeks later and spoke to a Luke Garrett and he informed that I was approved for a loan for $5,000.00.  He told me because I was high risk for insurance purposes I will have to pay four(7) months in advance and then the amount of $5,000.00 will be deposited into my account.  He emailed me the loan documents and I reviewed it and called him back the next day. I was concerned about the Accuracy section of the document because it stated that the lender can ask for a re-assessment and then additional money may be required to be paid up front.  I asked Mr. Garrett to explain that section to me before I agreed to send the money because I could not afford to send money if I was not 100% approved fo the loan.  He told me that it did not apply to me because my information was all correct, all I needed to do was send  $885 and the loan will possibly be in my account the same day but the latest will be the next business day.  He stated that they had the funds they just needed the security deposit to finalize the loan.  At first he told me that I may be able to do a bank to bank transfer but then informed me I would have to wire the funds western union directly to the lender.  I sent a total of $850 plus the sending fee $34.00 dollars.  A couple of hours later I received a call stating I had to change the name of the receiver on the transfer but when I went on the western union website it said the money was already picked up, at that time i began to think it was a scam.  I spoke to Mr. Garrett and he informed me it was a miscommunication within his company and that my funds was in the que to be transfered to my account that day, latest the next business day.

The next morning I received a voice mail  from a James Holts(Senior Manager) and immediatel called back.  He then told me that due to a reassessment that I would have to send an additional $885 dollars to secure the loan.  I told him that I asked Mr. Garrett about that clause and he told me it did not apply to me but he was not concerned with that. All he wanted to know if I was gonna send the additional funds or he will refund me my money.  He told me I would not receive my refund until June 26th which I was never informed.  He told me it was all part of the Accuracy section of document, the same section that I asked Mr. Garrett about and he lied to me to get me to send the money. When I called Mr. Garrett he told me he was informed by Senior Management to forward all calls from me to them.  So my guess is they use employees to lie and lead consumers on to get there money and then once the money is sent senior management handle the calls to see if they can get the consumer to send more money and then change their contact info this is wrong.  I've seen other complaints stating that this company did not return their money so I reported them to the BBB.  I am now waiting on a reply from them.  This is a fraudulent company that is scamming individuals who are vulnerable because of there financial needs.  They need to be investigated because there business practices are hurting people who fall prey to them

this scam has been going on for years, the company that is supposedly approving you dont even know who you are, the person on the phone is a scammer trying to get you to western union money to them, that is all that is true.

you got seriously scammed, you wont find anyone with the name of the person who contacted you
at that company, also it is illegal to require payments upfront for a loan.

NEVER EVER WIRE MONEY TO SOMEONE YOU DONT REALLY KNOW.
