F rating on FL BBB other people same problems. Dirty condo upon arrival, Dirty Dishes, sink clogged, no towels, Had to mop floor 4 times so we could walk on floor only with shoes on. Nobody cleaned fo a long time. Next day got locked out. Emergency number would not answer for hours. Finally got through got 6 codes to the door /none worked. All out disaster paid 3031.00 and called to complain and they would only refund 118.52. Stacy manager of Emrald Towers is useless and doesnt care if there are rats running around in the condos. DO NOT USE SOUTHERN VACATION RENTALS OR STAY AT EMRALD TOWERS IN DESTIN FL.
