Complaint Review: Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards

Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card mislead me on where my point balance was causing me to miss a year long companion pass. I was sent an email on 12/17 stating I was $1800 away from the companion pass. When I called them, they explained that when I got that email, it was already too late. They aologized but refused to give me the companion pass or anything. Dallas Texas

Southwest Rapid Reward point count is displayed in a deceptive way that caused me to miss the target I was shown for purchases.  They also sent me an email letting me know I was almost there, when, apparently, that was the last statement that counted toward the total.  I feel that I have been cheated out of at 3-4K woth of air travel.  I am cutting all ties with Southwest.
