Southwest Dealer Services Don't sign a contract with Southwest Dealer Services or Century Service! Albuquerque New Mexico
I paid a large sum of money when I purchased my car for a high-tech warranty with Century Automotive Service Contracts, owned by SouthWest Dealer Services, Inc. Time and time again they have denied covering almost everything that has gone wrong that is listed as covered under the warranty.
This last time though, I called about replacing an ISC valve and they said they would cover it. I called my Toyota service dept. and they were told it would be covered. I bring the car in and suddenly Southwest Dealer Services denies any previous statements they made saying they would cover it and won't cover the part. After much headache and frustration the Toyota dealership and I gave up on this service company and I had to pay for part.
This company has been nothing but a headache and has not covered what they said they would. I suggest you find another company and hopefully avoid the headache I have received.

ISC Valve? a isc valve is a Idle Speed Control Valve which is location under the hood next to the throttle body and intake. And southwest dealer services inc. is car alarms and anything to do with alarms. there should be no reason an alarm would have and interferance with the idle speed control valve, sorry but check with a machnic

Eric Bought the HIGH-TECH Contract. It is a "Named Coverage" Contract. It is good coverage, and an excellent hedge against future repairs, it does, however, like any "Named Component Contract" cover only specific, Named Parts of an Automobile.
To get the most coverage, and to be sure there is no "Gray Area", ever, Buy the "COMPREHENSIVE" Contract. It is an "EXCLUSIONARY" contract, meaning that there is a short list of items NOT COVERED, printed right on the contract. An "Exclusionary Contract" like the Comprehensive Contract is nearly Identical to the Manufacturer's Bumper-to Bumper limited Warranty one gets with a new vehicle. Before you buy a "warranty", it is best to know EXACTLY WHAT IS NOT COVERED!
THE CENTURY WARRANTYS OFFERED BY SOUTHWEST DEALER SERVICES ARE THE BEST, PERIOD. THEY SELL THE MOST CONTRACTS, BY THOUSANDS, EVERY MONTH, AND THEY ARE THE MOST FINANCIALLY STABLE AND BEST BACKED WARRANTY COMPANY, PERIOD.
Eric should have read his contract closer before he bought it, and would have been best served spending a couple hundred dollars more for the comprehensive contract.
I love the coverage, and recommend it to dozens of people each month.
