Complaint Review: Southwest Engines

 I submitted for quote online.  I then called to follow up.  they were very rude on the phone.  Didn't want to talk or answer questions.  a few days later, I received an email wondering why I haven't ordered yet.  I replied to what was essentially a quick survey to let them know why I was not ordering.  See below how they replied
