 After ordering a transmisison from Southwest Engines, I was directed via an email to sign a confimation order and told that I would revieve the transmission in 7-10 business days.  Southwest Engines then used ECHO Logistics to deliver my transmission ....to another repair shop in NEW YORK!!  I am in New Jersey.  They were unaware of the error until I contacted them after 10 days asking where the transmission was??  I was treated VERY poorly on the phone, was not allowed to even state what had happened on my end without being interrupted by the phone operator.  NO ONE at either ECHO or SOUTHWEST apologized for their error.  NO ONE at ECHO was willing to send out a truck to pick up the transmission and deliver it to me because they pointed the finger back at SOUTHWEST for mislabeling!! SOUTHWEST to this day is not sure what happened and is .."looking into it"...LOL.  SOUTHWEST is incompetent and the circle is unbelievable.   LKQ operates under the name SOUTHWEST and "sells" a part.  They then hire ECHO LOGISTICS (a company that does not have their own trucks!!) to deliver.  ECHO hires a third party to deliver the parts (in this case Central Transport ..who was the only company with any compentancy and customer service skills in the whole cluster f^&*%).  SO....Look out!! Oh, and SOUTHWEST offers a warranty on their site...lol..   They can't even get the part to me!
