Southwest Engines, Inc. Mr. Dale and OR Mr. John I Return their Engine/Product Back and They Kept my Money $4395.00 Cudahy Wisconsin

I would like to inform you that This Company Southwest Engine is Fraud/Scamers. I Puchase Engine from this Company Name Southwest Engine in 05/13/13. About One Month Later After Waited Long Time Finnely When I Finnaly Receive the Engine for my Working Vehicle Cadilliac Escalde S.U.V. It Happen to be Wrong Engine, They Sent me. After that When I Return their Engine Back and Their Own Third Party Delivering Pick Up Service Some Truck Company Pick it up From my Mechanic and They Goit Their Engine Back, After That I Givce this Company 15 Days to Return/Credit  my Money, So I Can Use That Money to Purcahse to Buy Correct Engine From Somewhere else, So I can Get my Working Vehicle Fix, So I can Get Back to Work.

My Vehicle was in the Mechanic Shp for Over Two Month and I was Out of Work All that Time BVecause that Vehicle was my Tax/Limo Vehicle and That Southwest Company was Fully Aware of it, That was in Hurry in Need Getting my Vehicle Fix As Soon As Possible and They Didnt Care at All and Top of it These Idots Send me Wrong Engines After Waited for Over One Month Just to Receive the Engine and Then Later on When Engine Finnely Arrive Its Happen to be Wrong Engine.

Anyway the Bottom Line is that I Return Their Wrong Engine Back and I Give them 15 Days to Return my Money and Its 10/07/13, Which is Such Long Time Since I Order the Engine with these People. I Had to File and Open a Case with my Wells Fargo bank to Open the Claim.

After this Company Southwest Engine Receive Notice from my Wells Fargo Bank, This Company Southwest Engine Inform my Bank that They Never Receive No Engine Back, When Their Own Theird Part some Truck Company Pick it up. Few Weeks Later I Even Confirm Over the Phone with Guy Name Mr. Dale and He Said I Surprise that you didnt Receive your Money Back Yet, Because we Got the Engine Back Here Already. As of Right Now I Still Havent Receive my Money From these people and my Own Bank Wells Fargo Cant even Help me Anymore.

Because I Contacted this Company Requesting over the Phone and by Email on 07/22/13 around 01:06 PM PST. To Refund/Credit Back my Money Back to my Account, So that way I Can Use that Money toward Getting the Engine from somewhere else. As you know, This Vehicle Cadillac Escalade was using it for Commercial Limo/Taxi Business and This Company Southwest Engine Already First Took Over One Month just to Deliver the Engine and when I Finally Receive the Engine and It Happen to be Wrong Engine. Then this Company Person Name (Mr. Dale) Said Send us the Engine Back and we will Refund/Credit you the Money Back.

Then they wasted Another One More Month Before they Refund/Credit Back my Money Back to my Account. Which they never did. I contacted them Many Times Requesting for my Money back over the Phone well as by Email After they receive their Engine Back. But they Never Refund/Credit back my Money Back.

I also give them Southwest Engine Total of 15 Days Extra after the Receive Wrong Engine to Credit/Refund my Money Back But they never did. So After that I Contact my Bank and Took that Step Doing Chargeback/Disputing Because I was indeed of that Money so I can Get my Vehicle Fix As Soon As Possible so I can Get Back to my Job/Work.

This Company Southwest Engine Already Wasted my Over Two Month of my Time While I was Out of Work, Because my Vehicle was Sitting at the Mechanic Shop all those Two Month While this Company Took Month to Deliver the Wrong Engine and One Month to Receive the Engine back before they Refund my Money so I can Use that Money Toward Somewhere else so I can Purchase the Engine from Different Company and Get my Vehicle Fix As Soon As Possible so I can get back to work.

Because this Company Fault by Taking Over Month Sending me the Wrong Engine and Taking it Engine Back While I was Out of Work, They was Holding my Money at the Same Time for Over Two Month, Where I Couldn’t Do Nothing else to Get my Vehicle Fix that Time.

In that Mean Time When I Receive the Wrong Engine about One Month Later after I Place the Order with this Company Southwest Engine, I and my Mechanic did 3 way Conference Phone Call informing (Mr. Dale) him that this is Wrong Engine you Guys Sent. As you can See in the Emails Documents this Guy (Mr. Dale) Said and Inform me by Several Couples Emails saying that (My Mechanic Said just go ahead Change the Valley Plate and well as Other Parts whatever Needs to be Switched and after that it will Work.)

Also One Thing I would like to inform you that Purchasing their Engine from Southwest Engine Company They also Give me 3 Years Warranty Buying the Engine From them. He Said Since you Have 3 year Warrant and your Mechanic will be Doing Extra Work by Replacing some of their Parts From New Engines to Old Broken Engine to Changing the Valley Plates and Other Parts as well, All that Extra Work which my Mechanic Did they Will Take Care those Charges.

After by Listing to Southwest Engine Guy Name Mr. Dale we did Exactly what he ask us to do and we said Ok, If you think after Doing this Extra Work the Engine will Work, then No Problem. So my Mechanic Spend 3-4 Days Taking out my Broken Engine from the Vehicle and Putting and Installing the Southwest Engine inside my Vehicle and After that Their Engine Still Didn’t work even my Mechanic Warn this Guy (Mr. Dale) Ahead of time that you Guys Sent us Wrong Engine. So for All this Trouble which this Company Southwest Engine (Mr. Dale) Cause us by Sending the Wrong Engine Taking Over Two Month just to Get my Money Back by Disputing/Chargeback Because this Company Wouldn’t Refund my Money Back and Causing my Mechanic all that Extra Work by Taking my Broken Engine Out and Installing or Putting their Engine Inside the Vehicle and Later on again Then Taking out their Wrong Engine Out again from the Vehicle, It Cause my Mechanic A lot of Work and his Time Because of this Company Southwest Engine (Mr. Dale).

Now my Mechanic charging me for all that Extra Work he put on because of this Company Southwest Engine (Mr. Dale) Mistake. Why I Have to Suffer More when I was Already Paying the Price for this Company Mistake by Waited Long Time by Receiving the Engine and then Sending it Back and Not Receiving my Money for Over Two Month and While my Working Vehicle was Still inside the Shop and I was Out of Work Because This Company Southwest Engine Cause me. Why I was Pay the Price for their Mistake? I hope you Understand. I Suffer a lot Already because this Company Southwest Mistake and I am Still Hoping that I get my Money Back $4395.00 As of Rightnow.
