Southwest Environmental Inc. bills itself as the company which installs high-efficiency toilets to low-income residents who qualify for their program but when a resident does qualify they will welsh out on their promise to install the toilets by finding excuses not to do the work. And the administrative assistant Tara Underwood is incredibly rude and unprofessional. If any government agency in California contracts with Southwest Environmental Inc., watch out and be on high alert with this comany's shady practices.
