Complaint Review: Southwest Heating And Air Conditioning

So This place is really bad, Eric the owner is a misleading person that tries to take advantage of people. If I wasn't who I AM he was trying to RIP me off. He tried to tell me there was something wrong with my AC unit and needed to be replaced, but he said this that made me furious ..." you will save a $120 a month on your electricity bill after you buy a new unit and we'll just put you on a 5 year monthly plan"...WOW, what a RIP off, All my AC needed was cleaning and 1 single fuse. WHAT?? yes, that's all. He was trying to charge me excess of $800 for the repair or a new unit. When All it took was a $50 call to have it cleaned by a good human with morals, ethics, and a great business. This guy Eric just says his company is award wining and has great ratings. What a misleading person. What he should say is, "If you fall for my lies, I'll rip you off". Anyhow This is to let people know what this place is about. In fact I have called my friends in high places to start an investigation on this company and audit their books. Also to check their work to see what lies they tell for money. With this said, great luck to you all, do research and read about a company before calling them to your home. Jp1210
