Complaint Review: Southwest Sun Tanning Tropical Obession

I paid $120.00 dollors to tan for three months with this company. I begain tanning on 05-06-06 and around the 5th of June, I went to tan and the doors were closed with a note saying they have temporally closed.

I called for 2 weeks and left messages with no response. On 06-19-06 there was a recording on the phone saying they would re-open on 06-23-06 on a part time basis and would be honoring all packages.

The main problem is that when I joined this tanning salon its hours were from 6am-10pm M-F and 9-6 S-S the hours are now 9am-3pm, I work 7-5 accross town and will not be able to tan.

I called and spoke to Clyde the owner this morning and he says around July 1st they may extend there hours. I find anything they say hard to believe as I have called and left several messages with my name and number and got no response.

All I'm asking for is a partial refund. This is bad business and I feel like I have been riped off and I sure there are many others that feel the same.
