In August 2009 I signed up for a $1.00 report. Evidently there was a small print agreement that I didnt see that my credit card would be billed $395 in 30 days if
I didn't notify them that I did not wish to continue with a membership.
I phoned the number on my credit card statement a couple months later and the
attendant apologized stating the amount would be refunded.
A month later, my bank notified me that the refund was never received so I phoned
them again and they again assured me the amount would be refunded.
I checked a couple weeks later and again was told the $395 was never refunded.
Since then, I have emailed them several times but no one ever responded to any
of my emails.
Have NOTHING to do with this fraudulent company!

In my experience, the Sovereign Society is a company dedicated to providing quality service to their clients, with a deep understanding of the commitment required to retain clients such as myself.
I just wanted to share my 2 refund experiences with Sovereign Society as I have been a client for many years.
First: I joined the Big Game Hunting programme, part of World Currency Watch, back when Crooks was running it, having spent thousands of $$$ on the programme I was excited to start making profits. Unfortunately, I, like so many others, experienced huge losses during the economic downturn. These losses were not from the programme, but resulted from other business ventures in which I had been involved. I needed to cut my expenses, and Big Game Hunting had to go. I sent an email and received a refund within days.
Second: a few years prior to the aforementioned experience with Sovereign Society I subscribed to a programme that I realized I was not that excited about after a few months. I requested a refund and received it quickly.
Just a note: I received prorated refunds. It was made clear that their policy from the date I joined each programme was refunds would be prorated.
I do feel sympathy for your experience as I have been scammed quite badly before, but I do believe that your situation will be resolved as I can attest that they are not a fraudulent company. I would recommend emailing your issue, along with the details of the transaction, as that is how I received my refunds in the past.
With any transaction you participate in online, I would encourage you to always read the fine print prior to entering your credit card information. I have avoided many situations where I would have been charged significantly had I not read the fine print.
