Purchased from Global Computer Soyo SY-A33E4 computer kit and fulfilled all the requirements for Soyo rebates - three of them. One for $20 which was received, another for $20 (not received)and a third for $50 (not received).
Am filing complaint to Office of Attorney General, State of CA., Dept of Consumer Affairs, Fraud Division. Rebate Offers are turning out to be a big scam especially if the rebates are over $50. They will continue to be such with no active law enforcement.
