Complaint Review: SOYO And TIGERDIRECT CANADA INC.

If you view the website, www.tigerdirect.ca you will see the follow statement in the "Help Centre" portion of their website. "Customer service is the most important aspect of our business." What a Crock !!! If this were true, they would stop selling SOYO products. You can't tell me that there isn't a STRONG relationship between Tiger and SOYO.....

March 31, 2004 was the date I submitted my rebate form, numerous phone calls, emails, etc... But no rebate cheque. I know of 4 other people who have gone the same path as me. I can't belive that no one has taking them to task, legally for this obvious fraudulant method of conducting business.

At least at Future Shop, you get your rebates eventually...

I will NEVER purchase a SOYO product, and Never buy from Tiger Direct again !!!
