Complaint Review: SOYO

SOYO Group promised rebates on their mother board and barebones kits. I purchased them through TigerDirect. I filed all the paperwork in a timely manner and even went the extra mile and sent it with delivery confirmation.

After waiting the stipulated time frame, I received a post card saying that my item did not qualify for the rebate. I called the company and they subsequently verfiied that I was, in fact, due my $30.00 rebate.

Well, its been since November of 2002 and the rebate is nowhere in sight. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with SOYO.
