I bought a SOYO Motherboad on www.newegg.com on October, it came with a $69 Manifacture rebate, I fill all information and mailed away with original UPC bar and receipt. 12 weeks after (that's the longest time they claimed on the form), there is no response at all. So I check website about SOYO rebate, and found out there are thousands of people were also ripped off by SOYO, SOYO seldomly gave rebate to customers.
