I have $175 in outstanding rebates from Soyo. Two in August, two more in September of 04'. All four with signature confirmation receipts. No checks. Three of the four show approved on the website - the fourth is missing and I suspect a weasel's excuse of not being submitted properly. By far the worst rebate experience I've had in over $5000 in successful submssions elsewhere. These guys should go to jail.
Note their new email address: soyo@verifyrebate.com (rebate@soyousa.com is no longer accepting emails according to an email I received today.) Bug the hell out of them. Maybe we'll get some satisfaction.

Followed the advice of another Soyo victim, got in touch with the attorney general's office, filed a report, and guess what? In a couple of weeks 3 of the 4 checks showed up! STILL working on getting a $35 check from Soyo that's now nearly a YEAR over due. But I'm not giving up until I get my money. Soyo rep reports my check is in the mail and should be here in 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS? Sent by what? Armadillo Express? Ridiculous. Let's ride these thieves until they run out of town.
