Complaint Review: Soyo Rebate Center

I mailed in my paperwork for my rebate of $40.00 on December 06, 2004. All documents requested by Soyo to receive the rebate was enclosed in the letter. It has now been over 13 weeks and have not heard a word from them. So I tried to go to their web site and it came up as a invalid error, I tried the other address and got nothing. I was really depending on this rebate as when I bought the board I really could not afford the addtl. $40.00, but went ahead and bit the price in trusting that soyo would honor their rebate "promo" and I'd be getting my $40.00 back in a couple of months. I am really upset that they are trying to get out of paying us our rebate due and even more furious that there are several other people out there in the same boat, getting ripped off by SOYO.
