good luck trying to talk to someone live... I have left long voicemail messages as it is impossible to speak to a real person regarding a rebate..not that I expect anyone to respond. the best you can do is get a voicemail directing you to the site where your rebate was "approved" months ago & an email address that no one responds to... at least I recieved one of the 4 rebates I am owed, it must have been an accident on their part.. (the 20 dollar one of course), NOT the 40,35, OR 50 dollar ones that I am still owed. got burned on both the NewEgg mobo & Tigerdirect barebones "deals".... if it sounds too good to be true.. I wouldn't buy another piece of Soyo equipment if they delivered it to my door with a check.. I am going to make it my mission to make them miserable until they go out of business

I finally got all of my SOYO rebates! New Egg helped and then I used the opportunity to get the rebates associated with Tiger Direct. It pays to be persistent.

The same thing happened to me with the same items from the same companies.

Contacting SOYO at Verifyrebate.com and faxing the receipt [my rebate was invalid because the claimed the receipt was invalid. However, it was valid enough to get the TigerDirect rebate for the barebones system]. SOYO called my home [on Friday] me two days later and told me that the receipt was valid and that they would mail the check on Monday. That was the last week of November. They did not respond to two follow up emails.

The Newegg mobo rebate never showed up at verifyrebate.com

I emailed customer service that sent me this:

We are currently working with Soyo to resolve this issue. Since there is no record of your rebate on verifyrebate.com, you will need to fax in the necessary documents to Elizabeth at 909-937-0783. She is our contact within Soyo's rebate department and is assisting us by re-processing the rebates. She has informed me that currently it is taking two weeks to process the rebates once they have been resubmitted.

That was the response. I will try it but it is the same fax as I used for the first rebate. I think that we can kiss that money goodbuy.
