I along with what appears to be about 6 pages of people on this site should try to start a class action law suit against SOYO.

I purchased a Soyo motherboard from newegg.com, that came with two rebates (one for $35 and the other for $40). I sent them both in on time. It is now 5 months later and one rebate has been approved for about a month, but yet the bonus rebate (which only requires a photocopy of the UPC), they claim has never been received.

Two months earlier when I emailed them about the rebate status, they acknowledged that they have received both rebates and they were being processed, yet now they change stories saying that they never received the bonus rebate in this generic letter.

I then asked if they had a fax number so I can fax the info to them and they replied with an email address, which won't help since I can't scan the copies.

If there are any lawyers out there, lets get a class action lawsuit and make Soyo honor their rebates before they claim bankruptcy.
