Okay, I've seen the post about Tiger Direct selling Soyo products with rebates, and Soyo delaying or not sending rebate checks to consumers.

Well I have the same problem.

I sent Soyo several e-mails concerning seven different rebates totaling $210 bucks and Soyo's reply was they have not received any of them. Then I contacted Tiger Direct concerning the matter to have them lecture me on how I should have sent the rebates Registered Mail. Are these guys nuts over at Tiger Direct, they wouldn't believe how many products I've purchased with rebates from more reputable companies without issue. I've sent rebates via regular postal mail and have had no problems receiving rebates in the past.

I guess this is a new era for Rebate scamming; people purchasing product on sale over the internet should beware of Criminals.

Or, we can become pro-active and find legal recourse to force Internet/Brick&Motar Companies to honor Sales Pricing, Rebates, and any other promotions companies conjure up. We need to stop deceptive Sales tactics/practices and set a standard for companies to continue doing business.

Will we need to start a Class Action Lawsuit against these companies who continue to RIP consumers off? We the consumers need to let these criminals know that the consumer is their life blood. These companies need to be reminded that without blood there is no life.

Let's gather together for what may need to be done, so we can correct the injustices these companies have committed.
