Complaint Review: Soyo TigerDirect

Soyo Computer and TigerDirect are ripoff companies. I purchased (3) Barebone Soyo Kits valued at over $350, filed ALL of my rebates, Eight of them in total (7) Months ago, and have never received anything. I sent emails to Soyo, with responses that they are behind in processing and that my rebates will be due only after the Cut-off date of the Rebates. Well, that was six months ago! They Do Not Acknowledge the receipt of your rebates, they use different sites and different methods to confuse consumers on the status of their rebates. I HAVE ALL COPIES of my rebate forms and UPC's.

I would hope that someone files a Class Action suite against them, as I would be willing to join them. Don't Buy Anything From Soyo, or even TigerDirect, as they are No Help in getting this resolved. They Don't care.
