Complaint Review: Soyo Group Same As Soyo USA

Soyo USA,Soyo Group, Same As Soyo USA Ripoff I bought several products off of Tigerdirect.com and never recieved one rebate even after being told i was via email Ontario California

I failed to recieve my rebates after following their directions via the rebate form. This was all done immediatley after i recieved my products from tiger direct.

I contacted them by email after waiting almost 6 months. My total of rebates were $140.00. I listed the exact forms i mailed in + the dates and all in the email.

I got this reply in December of 2004.

Subject: RE: Rebate inquiry.

Our records indicate that you have been approved. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your check to be received. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It is now 02-18-05 and i have emailed them repeatedly with no answer from the company whatsoever. I did a search on google only to find out how many people have been ripped off by this company. I cant believe that there is no class action law suit yet.

I have seen one person go as far as to get Tom Martino off of the radio to even contact them ( A guy that deals with scams on AM radio)with no compromise.

Stay away from them!! Their products arent even that great as well, but that is besides the point this is about my money.
