Sp Beauty I did not give my master card # and they billed me over a hundred dollars. I clicked on the free sample and this is what happened. There is no way on their web site to contact them and when a window box came up to talk to a representative - it was a one way conversation asking for credit card number. I have to change my card as I now hear from other complaints that they continue billing monthly ???? Internet
I received an email and usually I dont respond to free however I DID and this is what I got.
I clicked on a big flashing button click to receive your free sample - I did and ( important here) I did not give them my card number. The product arrived and thought wow what a generous free sample a 0.5 oz. Then the bill came in with 2 charges 1. 10.83 and 2. 98.06 ( close enough ) I then proceeded to try to contact them. You will notice theres no contact on their site. When a pop up came up on there site stating a representative wanted to talk I said I wanted to talk to someone about my being billed with out giving my card number and then all corresspondence was ignored and continued to ask for my card. I am cancelling my card - however - what can I do...??/ Is there internet police, this is an outright SCAM and these people should be put in jail... What can I do?
Also how many complaints are there to date that you know of?

I just went to cancell my master card and I was too late they took another 100.00 out on the 1st. The bank gave me this phone number for them yet surprize surprize they don't answer sp beauty's phone numberis 1-866-897-2464 the bank is nowinvestigating
