Complaint Review: Spa Assemblers

This firm as such exists under another name, Swim and Spa Factory in Bradenton, Fla selling the same line of Spas. I purchased a spa, paid the money up front and it took over four months for it to be delivered. The spa is only eight months old and it quit working. The new company does not want to honor the waranty which is for five years.

These spa companies that advertise cheap spas in the newspapers of the southeast are of the "fly by night" variety and I will not have any more dealings with companies that promise you huge savings. I am now left with a broken spa that is supposed to be under warranty.
