Spa Buzz Misrepresented by seller; salon will not book for more than one service per person per day Internet

Purchased several of these "Spa Day" certificates for myself and for gifts.

When I tried to book a mother/daughter spa day, I was informed that only one service per person per day can be booked.

 

The seller told several of us that bought these cards that you could use them as a "Spa Day".

 

Spa Buzz rep sarah states that "on the back of the card, 7th from the bottom, that "all visits must be completed separately".

We did NOT take this to mean that each visit would be for one service.

Just an update on Spa Buzz--

apparently, American Express has sided with the consumer and agreed that divulging the highly restrictive terms and conditions AFTER purchase is not conducive to good  business practice, and, as such, has refunded the consumer!

Spa Buzz does marketing and advertising solely for Day Spas and Medical Spas. Our objective is to get NEW clients in the door for these facilities. The instrument in which we use to do that is a promotional package, or "Spa Package", for 3-5 SEPARATE visits, which the new client (you) gets to experience. 


We lead the "horse" (new client) to water and it's up to the spa to get them to "drink" (come back outside of the package or tell a friend about their great experience). We give the spa 3-5 opportunities to "wine and dine" the new client in hopes that they'll love the facility, have a great experience, and return to the spa. That is the only thing our company does and that's what everyone should expect. It has never changed from that format. Those separate visits are the BASIS and FOUNDATION of our marketing style/ plan. Nowhere on our website, on the certificates, or in our sales pitches does it say "spa DAY". Please keep that in mind.



Please view our website and click around; you will see many various types of spa packages ALL with MULTIPLE SEPARATE visits in them. This is as cut and dry as we can possibly make it for the potential new client. Yes you get all of the visits for the price listed on the certificate. Yes they have to be separate. Always. 



***If you notice upon looking at the www.spabuzz.us website, ALL of our "spa packages" for EVERY spa are broken up into separate visits very clearly for the potential new client to view, ie) VISIT A, VISIT B, VISIT C, etc...



All of the certificates also state on the back (which is exposed, evident, and physically in the hand of the potential new client at the time of purchase) all of the terms and conditions. There are basic rules on the back to protect the spa (our client) and Spa Buzz (us) and you (the new client) specifically for these reasons. 



As a big Spa Buzz believer, I encourage any Spa Junkie/ Enthusiast to familiarize yourself with our concept. Because our sales teams work hard and when they come your way, we'd love to win you over just like we have the thousands of other happy customers who continue to keep Spa Buzz doing what they do best! Bringing you the great deals and making the Spas with which we work happy!



Misunderstandings are bound to happen out of thousands and thousands, but that's yet another reason why we print those terms and conditions on the back of EVERY SINGLE spa package we sell. We don't want any customer service issues. Trust me! What company does? But if there are any questions or concerns always call our Customer Service number and I'm sure we can clear it up! 1-866-688-8434. We want to help. We rely on your feedback to better serve you!
