Greetings
I came across this company via Alibaba/Amazon/Ebay while looking for a smart phone. This company was providing "Elephone P8 Smart Cell Phone MTK6592 1.7GHz" at a reasonable cost.
I got in touch with the company and got a very prompt response and I was asked for a payment via Western Union which I did. After a couple of days received the acknowledgement of receiving the money and a DHL Tracking No was provided.
DHL fail to recognize the tracking no provided by the comapany. On enquiry, DHL informed me that though the tracking no was in correct format their systen cant recognise.
I sent an email requesting to provide correct Tracking No and clarify the situation but comapny has not refused to respond, it cant approached via phone, fax, email either.
More than 10 days have passed and no reponse.
