I hired Spacewalk of Brunswick for a community wide yard sale that I was producing.

It took them 3 days to respond to the first email that I sent, which included the date, time and location. After Danny's late response, I replied with a layout of the event (map was to scale), giving them the approximate distance to the nearest power source and told him that I would see him at the next community event.

When I saw him at an event on Saint Simons Island, he wouldn't give me a price for the large inflatable slide. He said his wife Timberly would handle that.

I finally caught both of them together at an event in Brunswick. She pulled me over to the side to quote me $150 and said that they would go lower if I wanted an inflatable that wasn't such a beast. I walked about 25 feet over to my wife and told her the good news.

The day before my event, I sent a replied email to them to make sure everything was still a go. This whole email chain was still attached. Timberly replied back telling me that it was $200 and wanted to know where and what time.

I was so busy with all of my other preparations, I replied with the location. She asked for the time again and I told her 7:30, just like the rest of the emails prior had said and that I wish there had been documentation on the quote because it was $150 when we were planning everything 3 months ago.

Danny calls me a few hours later to argue the price with me. I told him that I could understand the price going up but they needed to read the emails before replying to them because ALL of the information was there. He asked me if I still wanted them to set up (in about 8 hours before the event) and I said that we were at Square One and I didn't have the time to deal with them, so no...you're fired. He proceeded to yell at me that he runs a legitimate business, calling me a MF three times. After saying that he is going to/needs to put a boot up my @ss five times, he hangs up.

Oddly enough, I had a complaint a couple of days before the event about Timberly on the facebook yard sale group that she sold a broken game to another member. I was so busy that I hadn't responded on it until today. Timberly has already removed herself from the group, without resolving the complaint.
