As a former ex-employee at this disgusting immigration law firm, I must say on the record that some of these dishonest and incompetent Immigration Lawyers, headed by the notoriously ugly and bald Brad Bernstein, have been investigated, arrested, convicted, and jailed for running a corrupt and fraudulent criminal enterprise. They succeed only in stealing their clients money without ever giving an invoice, even when you ask politely and nicely. Spar & Bernstein PC also keeps breaking federal law, committing legal malpractice, and ethics violations, by filing for Greencard Applications when their clients either have no status, an already existing Deportation Order already in effect, or when they have a criminal conviction.

Of course these legal malpractice and ethics violations committed by Spar & Bernstein PC, always leads to their hard working immigrant clients either getting immediately arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") with no hopes for bail of any kind, and almost always a guaranteed deportation as a result, even if they have family and years of living here in the USA. Spar & Bernstein PC also files hundreds of fake Political Asylum cases each year with the same exact story for all of their hapless and clueless Immigration clients who dont speak proper English. Pretty much all their clients end up getting arrested or deported for having the same fraudulent horseshit political asylum and refugee story, completely made up, fabricated, and falsified by one of their stupid law clerks, as no real Attorneys ever will work on your case.
