DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - why?

1. Did not follow up on commitment to contract until forced to do so by their contract oversight.

2. Took over 1 1/2 months to get a response after a promise of response within (3) business days.

3. We were obligated to use the service because they are the contractor on record with the warranty company we were dealing with.

4. When the service (SPARKLE KLEEN CARPET CLEANING) finally showed up, they damaged a newly laid Pergo/Laminate floor.

5. When the damage was pointed out, they acknowledged that the scratching, etc. was consistent with their equipment and how it was used.

6. BUT refused to take any responsibility; even after the owner was contacted and attended at our home.

7. Owner, Dave, became rude and belligerent with my husband and had to be asked to leave the premises.

8. Company still refusing to take any responsibility.

9. We have filed a complaint with the BBB, the warranty provider and the store (The Bay).

10. Hoping to have this provider's contract cancelled and are seeking:

11. FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED FLOOR.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Fri, January 13, 2017

i was employed by Sparkle Kleen at the time and another local company had been dragging our name through mud.

Hints and comments were made that they were going to do this and never realized it was actually posted.

Complaint is a total fabrication.  Lies Lies Lies.

I spoke to Dave a fewtimes since and sense his frustration as a few people have commented about this posted lie.

If there was a way to trace it back to the company that posted it there would be a libelous lawsuit.
