""Salesman ADAM LOPEZ from Sparkletts water is a deceiving liar who should be jailed for scamming innocent consumers. ""

Originally a satisfied customer of arrowhead waters company a salesman from DS waters sparkletts comes to my office and asks if i am interested in changing service. I directly and quickly tell him im not interested yet he insists and persistently tells me i should really consider. He explains to me how its a few dollars cheaper and that there is no requirements to sign a contract with them with no minimum terms. So as cautious as i typically am of such good deals. I ask him over 10 times the same question. "Are you sure there is no minimum term contract and i do not have to order a minimum amount of water each month." He tells me im correct and swears his life on it and that i will not regret it.

After asking him this question over 10 times i said let me think on it. He tells me "ok while your thinking on it ill go get some paper work for you to sign so he can get me free water." He comes back with a contract paper stating 2 year term. I tell him i dont want to sign due to what the contract states. He swears on his life that the contract term of 2 years on the contract does not matter and that I would be able to close my account any time after 2 months with no termination fee. Guarantees me that this is just part of the process but they allow customers to cancel their terms any time they wish after 2 months. I signed...

After around 8 months or so they decided to tell me that i have a minimum of bottles i must order. Angry at the fact that i must drink so much water i called to cancel. They tell me that i can not cancel unless i pay a termination fee. Angry at the fact that they now tell me about the mandatory term i complain to the supervisor. He tells me he will look into it and call me back tomarow. He never calls.

Then a month later i recieve a bill with a fee for termination on my bill. I call again realizing the name of the salesmans was on the contract. They tell me that he has been fired and that there is nothing they can do... Now im stuck with this bill with the termination fee.

They are predatory when it comes to trying to get new customers or try to convert people from other companys.
