 I have had Sparkletts water for over 5 yrs now, recently we have had a new driver assigned to our account. WORST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED!!! our driver never does what is requested, I have called in daily to get a replacement cooler as mine currently leaks and does not give cold water. He's to call 30 mins before arriving NEVER CALLS but he reports he calls and no one is home! No supervisor will take the call they keep you on hold for over an hour hoping you'll hang up by then! When you get a representative to try to transfer you to the supervisor the supervisor relays all the messages back to the representatives just to avoid talking to you, then they tell you your account is past due when you've clearly made a payment and they act all stupid trying to cover them up again realizes they've made a wrong accusation and the supervisor still won't take the call. I've had a cooler leaking for about 2 months now which they won't replace and they won't even credit you for anything!!! Worst company every hey just give you the run around
