Complaint Review: Spartan Home Loans

How would you feel if you owned 2.5 acres with a barbershop for 10 years and trusted a person that solicited you to develope the 2.5 acres into mixed use residential and one commercial building  and was a fraudulent individual ? I feel violated, and Spartan Home Loans & Red Shield Inc. gave a loan to a Sherman Collins amount 325,000 and he vanished. This mortgage company foreclosed on my property and never contacted me even though on the loan documents it questioned who I was and it was noted disregard paperwork to follow. My husband who worked at the barbershop died this year and I am penniless. My entire wealth acreage, and the barbershop now belongs to Spartan Home Loans . How can this happen in America ?

Do not support this company because of there hard money lending practices they had no regard to who really owned the property. They planned with Sherman Collins probably received kick backs from him . And the plan was to forclose in the beginning. When the real estate sent a letter to the barbershop that was the first time I had any knowledge that a loan was processed against my property. He forged transfering from a LLc to his LLc River tree Properties which in 2006 was no longer a valid LLc.

When I received the real estate fraud letter I contacted Spartan Home Loans and asked them why they gave a loan to him they said they were unable to discuss this information because of SECRECY Laws ? I didn't know the land was mortgaged.

Please this company doesn't care they offered me 4,000 which I refused it probably is guilt money for literally stealing my property. Many days I wonder when or if I will become homeless. They have my shop, my furniture, my barber license. establishment license everything. This company will reap what it sowed and so will Sherman Collins.
