Spartan pools stole services from my company, I'M a small contractor with a single income house hold with a wife and 2 kids. Most of spartans jobs start out with him collecting a big deposit from owners but forgets about his subs and he expects his subs to do the work with no money.
All of Spartans pools take over a year to complete he collects money and drags out the pool till following year because he spends all the money on personal use. Spartan is a huge scam, he ripped me off do your self a huge favor and use a pro!!!!!! Spartan SUCKS!!!!!!!
