Complaint Review: spartan slots

 I completely got ripped of by Spartan slots. I deposited 37 euros took a bonus of 111. So I had 148 in total. The rollover was 35 times which I met. I played two games. The first was casino war which im sure your familiar with. The next was forest treasure which was fine. The problem came as in casino war of course you are asked to surrender or go to war. !2 times over 6 dollars I went to war. During the course of time I won just over 900 which to me is a lifetime. They turned around and voided the winnings stating those hand were 12 instead of 6. This is the most ridiculous thing I heard. many other casinos agree and again none of their affiliates stated that yes that 2nd 6 doesn't count and make it 12 as its a separate bet like a bonus game. exactly like in blackjack say you r max bet on the table is 50. then you want to double down or slit, will the casino say no 50 max bet..no not 1 casino in the world. Casino war is even greater than that as you are literall getting a separate set of cards. what are you expected to do at the max bet surrender anytime. So again just due to this I lost 800. Then they went on to say as a huge courtesy we ll give you your initial deposit back. Immediately I saw the rules you have to wager through once and there are no restrictions on the rules terms and conditions. So I played the 37 and won to get to 74 I tried to cash then I couldn't. They then said somewhere in chat the same restrictions apply I was always told to go by rules terms and agreement where as they did my initial despot was being returned as there is no bonus im free to play without any restriction by their term which over rule chat I did. Not they are saying as I didn't follow there wishes my account is at 0 ??.. SO I win twice and it gets taken for no reason at all !! I really need your help I was completely wronged and it isn't fair at all. I even asked to forward all to management they didn't its wrong. If I don't get some compensation from them they shout be blacklisted
