Complaint Review: SPD K-9 Timothy Helser

Timothy helser is a con artist and everything he says is a lie. He is a liar through and through. He will try anything for money to supplement his welfare check, like trying to get co-ownership on a dog, steal dogs, sell dogs with fake papers, or whatever he can. He tells people hes a dog trainer but hes not, his methods are abusive tactics and will ruin any dog. He cheats on his wife all the time and she stands by him in his criminal persuits. Avoid him like the PLAGUE.
