Specialty Home Designs ripoff, wont return deposit, no work performed. Had money for 7 months Altamonte Springs Florida
Gave deposit for new metal rood in Oct. 2004. No work had been done by March. A refund was requested and the owner agreed.
The owner sent a letter certified mail mutual agreement that a refund of the deposit would be returned upon receipt of the signed returned letter. The owner had signed it.
I signed it and sent it back. They signed for it on March 17th. Its now April 25th and I have yet to receive the money.
He keeps telling its in the mail. He has lied to me numerous times about so many things related to this contract. He continues to lie about returning my money $ 3547.00
