I am from New Jersey and unlike most people who catch themselves from going broke, i learned the truth about this company and it may be too late for me becouse i may be past the point of recieving any money back.

I was taken advantage of and lied to by this company and it's employees. You see, one night i was watching their infocommercial and been watching their show for many years and never thought i had to check on this company. They claim they had been in business for sixty years and so i thought i didn't really need to check on there background. I came in to some retirement money from my previous job after 11 years of working so i had plenty to start a home business of my own. The infocommercial claimed you could call for free information so i decided to ask for free info about the business. The operater talked me into getting their silver member club, which i did do and they told me to call for a business coach that was free for 30 days that comes with plan. When i recieved my kit i called to talk to the so-called coach to get started(by the way cost me $199.00) she told me it would be better for me to upgrade to their Gold membership(big value website) she easily talked me into this plan claiming it would be better for me so after some thought i went with it. This plan cost me a whopping $299.00 along with the website i had to purchase for $1,700(membership price) I also purchased more catalogs and gift cards for another $500.00. The website is just a plain simple site, you're not able bring it up on the web only on your home browser. I did not hear from my coach for about a month i tried calling and calling to no avail.By this time i knew something was very wrong and while searching for smc i notice the Ripoff Report and was sickened and devestated to learn that this company was all over your report. I finally got though to smc and tried to cancel my membership. They told me that i would not recieve my money back becouse it was well past the 30 day guantee that the company offers. They gave me a new coach and HE charged me and additional $59.00 for extended service and promised also to help me! By this time i am still not able to sell one item from smc and will lose my money ,time and investment spent dealing with this fraudulent company. I hope your readers will read this and always check out any company or business no matter what.
