I have been a member with Specialty Merchandise Corporation since October 2003. I've recently been receiving several late orders. Well, all of my orders are shipped via UPS. UPS has a guaranteed delivery time.

If they do not deliver on time, you are guaranteed a full refund. When I e-mailed customer service at SMC to find out what I would need to do to get a refund, it took them a week to respond. The person that did respond was extremely rude and said that SMC had a contract with UPS, not me. Yet, I pay all the shipping charges on everything I order. Therefore, any refunds that are issued, should be returned to the person whose pocket it came out of.

Maybe I shouldn't complain, but it seems to me that they are making alot of extra money with UPS refunds. They're always saying how they will do anything to help you get started, yet they're better at ripping people off.
