In November of 2004, I decided to place an order for SMC's sales kit. The guy whom I spoke to assured me that the kit would arrive within 10 or so days. Consequently, I was leaving for Los Angeles before the kit would arrive. Therefore, I requested that the kit be mailed to my aunt's home.

I never received the kit. However, my credit card was charged $314.95. As a result, I notified my credit card company in December of 2004 to dispute the charge. After their investigation, my credit card was recharged.

I contacted SMC. The member support representative told me that the kit was mailed to my home address and left outside of my door. I asked her if the taped conversation could be reviewed, which would clearly indicate my request at the time I placed the order to deliver the kit to my aunt's home.

She told me that I should have contacted SMC before disputing the charge and maybe they would've worked something out. The only thing she could do is mail me another kit. I asked her if I would be given the opportunity to review the kit for 30 days and return it if I wasn't satisfied. She told me no because my trial period was up!

I told her not to mail me another kit. Unfortunately, I have been robbed of my $314.95.
