I signed on in December 3rd, 2007 and they shipped my package (or so they said) on the 4th. I didn't recieve it until near Christmas! The 19th! I still hung in there thinking it was just a mistake because the post office didn't have my membership kit and they kept saying it was in North Carolina! the business coach called me on the 2nd or January and she was late. When she finally did call, she rescheduled for 4 hours later, and I said okay. She never called back. Today is the 5th! I called to cancel and get my money back and they kept using excuses about the postal service and how the post office had it but that they couldn't deliver it. That didn't even sound believable. They didn't even mention my complaint about the business coach. Now they tell me I will have to pay the rest of the 439.45 to pay off the contract when I asked for my money back! They have horrible customer service and I have been cheated out of my money. I want my money back and nothing further to do with this company.
