This company had us sign a contract in Dec. with a deposit of $100. Nothing happened they didnt pull permits or anything. in Feb we called to cancel were told we had an agreement with them we couldnt do that but, if we paid an additonal $900 they would reduce our cost of the new roof and since we had put so much as a deposit we would be moved to the front of the list of people to get there roofs done. We even have a contract stating that they guarranteed our roof would be dried in with in 8 weeks or we can cancel and all monies be refunded. Having 4 children and no roof on the house. We did it. Guess what It is now June 1, the starting day of hurricane season. We still have no roof, no deposit returned and they didnt even pull permits. I have been calling the owner Mark Schmiter every week since this started it is obviously a scam because he wont call back. Nor will anyone else call back.

It is now Sept 12, 2006 we still do not have our money back. We have filed a police report with the City of Margate. If you have also been a victim of this company please contact me so we can team our legal resources to make them pay us back and prevent them from doing this to others. After my ceiling collapsed on my child I did end up doing a new roof with my husband. My child is ok but no family should have to go thru this.
