I gave Specialty Roofing and Coating Co a check in January to reroof my home after hurricane Wilma. They never started the job, pulled any permits, nothing. I have the cancelled check they cashed, they have never returned any phone calls, nothing but excuses. His permit expires in a few days, I doubt he will be able to renew it, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation is investigating, but that wont help me pay for a real roofer. What a complete and utter scumbag this guy is.

I said his permit, but meant his License expires in a few days.
