Spectra Financial ripoff Nationwide
I was contacted today, 2-21-2005, by phone to tell me of this offer for a Spectra Financial Mastercard which would give me a $2,000.00 Credit Limit and 0% APR for the first 3 years then a 4.8% rate after that. They offered NO Annual Fee, NO Transfer Fees, And NO other Fees Associated with the card. I chose not to take advantage of their ONE TIME $249.00 FEE and checked it out on the web. GLAD I did as this seems like one of the NEWER SCAMS!!!! Please BEWARE!!!!
