We have a Spectra watermaker on our sailboat. We were referred to JT Holden, the Authorized Spactra Distributor for South Florida. JT initially charged us $4,000 for a new Clark pump, new membraes and labor. This did not get the system up and running and JT said the system now needed an additional electronic board upgrade for an additional $1,400. 

When JT installed the new electronic board he failed to reattach the box the board was mounted in and also left some sensor wirs dangeling and not connected. Unfortunately we paid him before inspecting his work and he refuses to make the repairs. When we reported this to Spectra they would not take any action to help us with their Authorized Distributor.
