They sent me a DVD in the mail and I liked what I saw so I called and talked to one of their sales reps. They refused to sell me the small package and said that if I really wanted to be successful, I should order everything which came out to a little over $20K and they wanted me to send them a check (wasn't hapening with one phone call) I went down to Clearwater to meet these guys in person because I was very sceptic. They did a demo but they didn't show me the whole process they only showed me the chrome which I must say was impressive but there are 3 layers to this process and they fail to show you the base and the topcoat being done. Long story short they basically pulled a used car salesman tactic and suckered me in to buy everything....
I get the system set up at my shop and I call for support and boy did the tune change! The tech was nasty from the first minute and was barely able to describe how to do it himself. He told me he had to call me back and never did, now they won't even pick up the phone when I call!
The chrome looks like crap, it doesn't adhere to the surface and it looks yellow in less than a week. I am begging you all to do your research and don't get suckered into buying this crap from them like I did. For what I spent I could have put down a down payment on a house and now im stuck with a pile of garbage.
