I bought a combo package from shop NBC. Dec.06 After waiting weeks instead of the misleading days. I recevied the 21w lcd that was surpose to be a 20 inch. It worked as far as off/on spanish . Icalled tech service went though there help. had to call back a couple of times before getting an RMA. They finally had fedx pick up unit. I then received the 42" unit. It was a Protron Labeled unit. After talking to tech sevice. I called Shop NBC. They gave me the most reknow phase From them, We are sorry for your problem but. Then they give you the line about control over there venders. Then after a couple more calls they would send me a return package if I would pay the shipping $99.00 + . I'm still makng Phone Calls to Spectron tech about the other tv. I kept the 42 " unit because I Didn't want to put up with the return hassel and it work.

They sent the 21w unit back in april. The only thing about it was the box was new. Same problem. I called within hrs. of receivingthe tv. Tech service has me perform the same thing as the first time, unplug let sit for awhile then plug back in. Same thing .After calling a bunch of times I'm giving an RMA . Fedx Picked up a couple of weeks later. That was the last time. I saw the unit. But it wasn't the last phone call to Spectroniq Tech Service. Iv'e been told that a "new unit is being shipped, that it's on back order. were sorry it's on back order. Different persons, Different times. Different acting superviors. With names that fit Famous names not the sounds you have to ask often to spell. It's Now October 07. Nothing from Spectroniq.
